Michael was a great guy. I have fond memories of our time together….whether it was riding on the hay truck or hanging out with family and friends. As I sit up here in Maine with my five draft horses it warms my heart to know he had Percherons. I am sending a hug to each and every member of his family…it is such a tragic loss with still so much life to live. Sincerely, Phyllis Auble Dickey

To the entire Werking family, Dee and I send our deepest sympathies. Growing up with Michael I remember him: cooking a delicious steak dinner with mushrooms and onions for Bill Ross and I when his parents were out. There was late night snowmobiling with running over some fairly large trees. We weren't always ecologically friendly. Here are some photos of his wedding, my wedding and GHS reunion.

I am so very sad about this. He was a great guy from a great family. This will be the first summer I will not see him driving by on his huge tractor at night beeping the horn as he passed my house. He was great with my dog and so kind to me. I will miss him. So will all those that knew him. How lucky we were. My sympathy to his family and friends.

Dear Werking Family,I was so sad to hear of Mike's passing. Fond memories of Mike in high school. One of the "good guys", he always had an amused smile for us silly teenage girls and was a GCS basketball star. How impressive to read about his beautiful life and family.
