Obituary of J. Veronica Rose-Wick

GREENVILLE - J. Veronica Rose-Wick, 76, passed away peacefully on Sunday July 15, 2018 at The Pines at Catskill. She was born on February 11, 1942 in Queens to the late Warren and Mildred Fischer Rose. She grew up in Queens and then worked as a switchboard operator at various businesses, such as hospitals and hotels, throughout NYC. Veronica and her family moved in 1990, first to Catskill and then finally settling in Greenville. She enjoyed taking care of her family. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brothers, Donald, Nelson, and William Rose.

    Veronica is survived by her husband, Paul J. Wick; her daughter, Jennifer Wick; her step-children, Eugene (Cristina) and Kelly (Thomas) Sirc; two step-grandchildren; her siblings, Margaret (Chris) Kuzin and Wayne (Angela) Rose; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Veronica has been privately cremated and a memorial service will take place on Monday August 6th at 11:30am at the funeral home. Family and friends are welcome to visit the funeral home between 10:30am and 11:30am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to any charity of your choice.
