Having known Gary since he was a teenager, I have known what a compassionate, friendly and considerate person he was...Gary had such a beautiful smile! It is such a shame and so unfair that his life was cut so short.
My very deepest sympathy to Gary's family and loved ones...Jean Horn

Sorry for your loss. I worked with Gary at American Thermostat. He and Ken L. were always fun and made the work day go by quickly. I remember the time we had watermelon in the middle of a hot summer day...it was spiked and we all had to leave work early. :-) Fun times....

I am so sorry for your loss. I, too, worked with Gary many years ago at American Thermostat. Of all of the places that I have worked, I never laughed as hard as I did there. I remember getting bombed on "spiked" cherry cordials! Gary, of course was a part of that. I will never forget his sense of humor or those blue eyes. Rest in peace Gary.

Psalm 4:3 “know that the Lord has set apart the godly for himself; the Lord will hear when I call to him”Psalm 17:1Psalm 25:11Romans 8:38-39 “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to seperate us from the love of God that is Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans is really encouraging man. Once you have Christ, there’s nothing, even that He created, that can seperate you from His love. Thank God! This is advice I need to take myself, but “approach the throne of grace with confidence.” His grace doesn’t run out; it can’t. Thanks for posting and being open to others praying for you.

By Nate November 30, 2010 - 6:42 pmWelcome to the most wonderful, trying, exasperating, and rewarding part of your life. You’ll get all the trite, stupid comments like “oh, kids change your life” (really? I wouldn’t have guessed) and “oooh, catch up on your sleep now” (thanks, grandma), so I’ll try to stay away from those, but the truth is that you can be absolutely frustrated with your kids for 23 hours in a day (with a 4 year old, this is frequent for me), and yet that 1 hour where your son comes up and hugs you and tells you he loves you, or your daughter falls asleep on your shoulder, is so so so so so so so so worth it. Congrats, DMQ! And spoil the heck out of your wife while you can!!Thumbs Up/Down: 0 0
